Examination Policy
2021 - 22

Classes Nursery to V

In order to assess the comprehensive ability of the students. Unit Test will be conducted in all the subjects as per the schedule mentioned below :

Unit Test- 1	- Theory (20 marks) -	28th May to 5 June 2021
	- Oral (5 marks)
Unit Test- 2	- Theory (20 marks) -	27th Aug to 4 Sept 2021
	- Oral (5 marks) -	4th Oct’ to 9th Oct 2021
Unit Test- 3	- Theory (20 marks) -	27th Nov to 4 Dec 2021
	- Oral (5 marks) -	10th Jan’ to 17th Jan 2022
Unit Test- 4	- Theory (20 marks) -	16th Feb 2022 Onwards
	- Oral (5 marks)

All Four Unit Test will enable the students for promotion to the next class.

Classes VI to IX & XI

Periodic Test- 1 -	28th May to 5 June 2021
Periodic Test - 2 -	27th Aug to 4 Sept’ 2021
Periodic Test-3 -	20th Oct’ to 27th Oct’2021
Half Yearly Exam -	27th Nov to 8 Dec’ 2021
Periodic Test-4 -	10th Jan’ to 17th Jan’2022
Final Exam -	16th Feb 2022 Onwards

For promotion to the next class during the academic session there will be four tests and two Examinations. Each test carries 5% weightage and each examination carries 40% weightage. The total of the 4 Test and two Examinations will sum-up to 100 Marks. It is compulsory to score 40% in each subject to be promoted to the next class.

Classes X & XII

As per the Boards New Examination policy the Test and Examination will be conducted as per the schedule mentioned below :-

Periodic Test- 1 -	28th May to 5 June 2021
Periodic Test - 2 -	27th Aug to 4 Sept 2021
Pre-Board – 1 -	20th Oct’ to 30th Oct 2021
Board – 1 (Term – 1) -	Nov – Dec (Conducted by the Board)
Periodic Test-3 -	10th Jan to 17th Jan 2022
Pre-Board – 2 -	16th Feb to 26th Feb 2022
Board – 2 (Term – 2) -	Tentatively March 2022 onwards
